    Cd/Dvd drive went out on my laptop and this was a great replacement due to original being unique and hard to find at a affordable price.

    It is quite sleek. Connecting to my windows laptop easily. I installed the software from the CD that came with the drive. I have only used it to read some files burned on DVD and some DVD movies. No problem so far.

    This is a great option to be able to take with you on the go or if you have a device that lacks a dvd player. Good for burning DVDs/CDs as well

    This machine was easy to install and use. When buying one for a new laptop, be sure to ask if the new laptop comes with a media player software. Mine did not and it was frustrating until the Geek Squad sorted me out.
