Excellent good service and good service and good atmosphere

No set up, just plug it in and the computer does the rest. This is reasonably priced and works great.

I have not used the DVD item yet. Send me another message for a review after I have used it.

I think it works okay. I tried it with photos but haven't yet tried it for its purchase purpose (only reason I haven't given 5 stars yet)

Is compact, light, travels well, is good for the Asus laptop. Useful on the road to write DVD's with pictures.

Easy to install, no extra software needed for Mac. Just plug into a USB port and it's ready - no external power plug needed, it gets it's power from the USB port. Push the tray button and load a blank CD or DVD and drop files onto the drive from a finder window and then click burn. Small green twinkle light flashes while in use. Can also be used to read and/or play pre-written CD's and DVD's.

Great piece of equipment, I was afraid I wouldn't be able to view my CD'S on my new computer. This solved the problem.

Bought it to rip some DVDs to MP4. It runs quiet, very compact and light weight. Seems flimsy but I'm careful with it. Not much experience with external DVD players so not sure how fast or slow it is

defective software came with the device but BB geek squad got the drive working anyway.

This is AWESOME! Plug & Play if you have a MAC. I bought it to copy CDs to my iTunes Library. It comes with a software CD but if you have a MAC you don't need to install any software just plug into your MAC and you're ready. Highly Recommend

This LG - 8x External USB Double=Layer DVD +/- RW/CD=RW Drive is slim, easy to use and provides the necessary functions for my needs. I did not like having to install some software for using but it's my choice whether or not I want to use the other functions available.

This is a plug and play disc drive. Plug in a USB port and your good to go. Copied some of my old CD's to my computer. Was fast and very quiet. Copied and transferred couple of documents from my old computer to my new computer, with no problem. Would recommend.

This player is great. Compact (doesn't take up room), Easy hook up, Price was great. We are happy with our choice.

I purchased the most current iMac available. The Best Buy Geek squad installed it, a newer Epson printer and recommended this. I was very happy with the installation and ease of use. Thank you!!

This was a quick and easy purchase when I stopped into the store. The staff as always were extremely helpful and friendly and this CD drive was perfect for my needs!

I've been wanting to watch the lord of rings for a while, and since I only have it on DVD it makes it a small problem whenever I don't have anything with a disc drive anymore. This made it to where I was actually watch what I wanted to, the general downside to it is that you have to sign up with LG's program. At least it's free the only downside is minor pop-ups only whenever you load the program.

Easy setup. Works great. Thin and lightweight. Quiet.
