Perfect customer service

She helped me with my purchase and when I️ mentioned I️ had a pick up she acknowledged me and helped me to that right after. Turned out I️ was in the wrong location and wasted 10 minutes of her time but she didn’t hesitate once to assist to me and direct me to what I️ need to do. I️ forgot her name but she told me she was fairly new and would do her best to assist me in a proper way. It started with a j but forgot what it was.
