Works well when it works
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This came highly recommended but it didn't want to work very well at all until I finally found a USB port that it liked, and now that I got it working I'm afraid to even unplug it. Works well now, and if it weren't for the two wasted days chatting with various support, I'd give it five stars. Although, the DVD software you download is a trial they want you to buy, and nope. Still, much better than the cheapo one I got from Amazon.
