Everyone must keep in mind that Micorsoft eleiminated the media drivers on windows 10. Hence, I needed the Geek squad to fix that problem. PLUS you will an adapter since it connects thru the USB if you have only 1 USB on your computer!!!!

The insert CD and instructions are of no help to me since my computer does not run off windows
