This cd burner was really easy to plug and play. It works great for burning a music cd for my vehicle as the cd burner on my laptop does not do a very good job. The price was excellent and the shipping was fast. I love the quality and ease of use.

Most computer manufacturers have phased out built in storage/ readers and want you to use their download services or cloud services, but somethings I have I would like to have available on my system and not out in never never land.

I like this, it's small and lite weight. Good price , can't forget that.

Cd/dvd drive was needed for church. This is a great option if you need one. Small footprint. Powered via usb.

Other than the fact that I was unhappy that this did not come with my new $1000 pc, it is OK and does what it is supposed to do. I would have preferred it to be built in and behind a little door in my pc rather than sitting on top of the pc gathering dust. But that is unfair to this device. It works find and did not cost too much.

For what I need it works perfectly, easy to use, I bought it to install the Microsoft Office Professional program on my PC, I would not know if it has more uses, but for what I need it fulfills its commitment, a fantastic price. I can't ask for more!

This external drive is meeting my needs perfectly.

I bought this because I thought the two internal dvd drives were failing. Turns out they were ok BUT I kept this anyways because I can use with Smart TV. Portable and works just as well as my internal dvd drives.

I reviewed many products before I settled on the LG 8x External drive. It was affordable and gives me exactly what I need. It is very easy to use. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

It works great! I use it for sewing embroidery patterns because I can store so many and then take just the one to retreats.

While it feels rather flimsy, and makes quite a lot of noise when working, it is a useful little thing and worth the price. No idea about it's longevity though.

The internal DVD/RW drive in my desktop died and the Geek Squad tech suggested an external drive as a less-expensive and very practical alternative to replacing it. So, I got the LG and it was the perfect thing to to. Handier, more easily accessible and faster, I meets my needs exactly.

I can watch my movies or listen to cd's finally. I've had no issues and very happy.

This worked flawlessly. I needed to create a CD while on a business trip. This was entirely plug and play with Win10. No additional SW needed! I am actually using it more and more -- and would love to have a "travel case" for it. Right now it is banging around in my back pack... Love to see how long it lasts!

Works well so far but it is still new. I wish the cord was a little longer and the body a bit heavier as it is a bit awkward installing/removing discs.
