Works just as you would expect, glad I bought it. Works with Apple or non-Apple products if you have the right connections.

Sleek and quiet, easy install but it needs to be on a flat surface not a shelf/ledge because it will tip when loading a CD or DVD. It's lightweight and compact. My husband has one on his desk but I had to return this unit because of my computer desk setup it would've had to sit on a ledge.

Glad to be able to download CD disc. I would highly recommend this product. Easy to use.

As computers improve, the result is losing the built-in DVD/CD drives which old media is kept. I wanted something that worked with my Apple iMac but was inexpensive due to not using it so often. And, I was not disappointed. Easy to use and set up.

It is slim. It is a good price. Does the job. It is quiet.

Good back-up as a portable DVD/CD Drive after we accidentally stepped on (and broke) the DVD drive on our desktop. It was cheaper than getting a replacement for the actual internal drive, and serves the same purpose. It's also portable so you can use it on different computers, if needed, since CD drives may not be as common.

Most Laptop's no longer come with the CD/DVD player. So I bought this so that I could transfer CD's to my laptop. It is easy to use and works great. I like that it is really slim so that it does not take up a lot of space in my laptop bag.

Excellent product, works well with all three of my computers including Windows 10 and 11.

Plug and play unit. Runs my old CD games on my computer without any issues/problems. Tested and it also plays my DVD with great picture. No complaints

So far I have used it to listen to music, play a DVD, and use a CD to pull up programs for my American Legion Post. I have been able to use it flawlessly on 3 different devices. The price was great and I'm considering purchasing another just for my wife.

No complaints about this product so far. We needed it because our PC the kids do math on, which requires a DVD, died, the unit is lightweight, compact, plug-and-play, and easy to use. For the price, not sure how it would be a bad choice.

Worked seamlessly I believe only PC driver was needed but it deed come with software just never tried it.

My most recent laptop did not include a CD Rom, and I wanted one. I found one in stock at Best Buy for $14.99. My selection was based on price. This doesn't usually work out for me, but this was the exception. It works flawlessly and easily. No quirks; no issues. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

This is a very nice DVD player and burner. It also uses CDs. I bought it mainly because my new all-in-one computer does not have an optical reader. I have some program discs that needed to be installed, and the only way was to run the disc in an optical reader. I probably won't be using the DVD player very often, but it meets my needs when I do. The nice thing about being integrated into my Windows 11 computer is that the computer has an eject button on the screen, so I don't have to use the button on the optical reader. It comes with a media program disc, but I didn't have to use it as I could run the DVD player without installing it. I noticed that it has a shiny film protector on top, but it peels off, and the unit is not shiny underneath.

with having to purchase a new computer for windows 11, and most computers not having cd/dvd drives, I had to purchase a drive so I could put my woodworking stuff on this new computer.
