I was tired of having to continue to upgrade my cloud storage every Few months. I had to get used to the method of using the drive. Most drives have a place to manually open the drive. The LG - 8x External USB Double-Layer DVD±RW/CD-RW Drive, requires you to choose the desired playlist and designate where you want to write the playlist before the cd bay will open. That took getting used to! I almost returned it because I could not open it! Please Install a manual option to open the cd bay.
