    I did not get a chance to use this product as it was part of the purchase from approx February 1, 2018.. Be prepared to purchase one if you want to create or read CD/DVD on the new systems. Personally I would recommend getting a system with a burner built-in to eliminate software/ hardware drivers issues when upgrading to a newer operating system.

    A warhorse. This LG drive is durable and dependable. I've used mine for seven years now, and I've given three to friends and families as presents.
