    Ordered on-line & received rapid delivery (two days). Easy set-up - great to read CD/DVD's but I could not get it to write after a day of trying. Contacted LG - received clear direction within a few hours - now runs great. LG & Best Buy have performed excellently & the Drive is wonderful.
