Good performance for the money

I recently purchased a gaming laptop but didn't check to see if it had everything I wanted so I didn't notice until I had paid and unboxed it that there was no CD drive. NP back to best buy, found this item on sale and haven't had any problem since.

Great product all value

To my surprise the sales associate was very helpful and said that the lg was compatible and work just as well. Wow thanks for thinking of the customers not your bottom line.

I opted for this thinner model instead of the bulkier one since I don't use optical drives all that often but wanted the option to have one in case I needed it. It works as advertised for how little I use it.

Works like a charm, have burned a few CDs of pictures for the family and works well with Win10 burning software as well as VLC movie player.
