I don't get to the city where the store is very often so when I'm there, I sometimes go by to see what is available. I'll try the product in a few days and if I'm not satisfied, I'll return it when I get back to the town where I bought it.

Horrendous drive that only plays CDs

It has yet to work and will only play CDs. I have tried it on multiple laptops, a newer TV and an older TV without luck. Additionally, it comes with software that adds nothing in the way of aiding usage. Rather, it is just another software taking up space on your laptop. If it wasn't for the pandemic, I would head to my local Best Buy to return. However, I don't believe my health is worth returning this useless machine. If I'm able to return it when NYC gets out of lockdown, I will be certain to do so immediately.

I am glad I got it since my c omputer did not have a DVD/ CD player.
