    This thing works great! My last optical drive would fail on burning discs half the time and I was thinking it was a bad batch of discs, however, this one has not failed one burn with the same spindle of discs! I am pleased.

    Excellent! Just what I needed for my cd’s. Newer computers seldom have these anymore. Now I’m able to rip all my old music to a flash drive.

    Great work well no issues had it got over a year and still work as new it’s not built for In destructive but if you can keep it safe and away from kids it’s great an very easy to install and use well worth the value for its price

    Works perfect with my Surface Book 2. I was able to install Office 2013 which was disk based and had no trouble. I’ve also burned audio CDs and they’ve burned as fast as any laptop with a built in disk drive. For $20 (on sale), it saved me from having to find a laptop with a built in drive.
