It should just be a lot easier to navigate the software/startup process is all. My cousin got the Dell one here so I'm going to see if it's any easier/less trouble and maybe switch.

Thankfully, this does the job. The 4 stars are because sometimes it takes a while to load and be ready to use. Otherwise, it's great!

Our experience was that recognition of the CD inserted seemed a little slow. Also tends to pull quite a bit of power- again, a subjective note - since it's USB powered. Recommend having the laptop plugged into power when using it.

LG is a great Brand
