You still have to download an app for it to run so I unexpectedly had to purchase (why isn’t it free?!) windows media player. Also, it feels kind of flimsy but so far it works fine.

And able to burn a lot faster now. Would recommend anybody

Now I'm having to pay money to upgrade it, in order to continue using it. I don't think I should have to purchase something else after only a few uses to keep the product working. This is very frustrating! And, the product is from Germany, so any customer support issues can't be resolved in a timely manner when the product is needed right away.

Overall, my mistake, and the item works pretty good!

Sometimes it hangs up but not a big issue since you can use a paper clip to open the drive through a manual ejection hole

I got this Drive & Roxio disc burning software for a couple dollars more than what the LG Drive could have cost me by its self. Great deal !
