I sometimes have to unplug it from my computer and replug it in to get it to eject. It also seems like it could have a little sturdier build quality.

My problem....NOT LG's!

That said, as posted in a different review by me on the desktop it connects with, I prefer a built-in CD/DVD player/writer. That's really not a criticism of this product. I needed technical support on how to get this player to function. Wasn't as simple as a plug n play.
