    Just what I needed; Since most computers have a CD rom, this is perfect. I can now store music onto my hard drive and then transfer it to a flash drive

    Instead of Cloud, I choose to use an external hard drive. I am very pleased with my purchase and it updates, after setup, automatically.

    This works as intended and is a easy set up. The USB connection makes it easy to set up where ever needed and the transfer is acceptable realizing it is over a USB 2.0 connection.

    Bought this on sale and it has not disappointed. The only thing that stops this from being perfect is not being able to burn at speeds lower that 10X. Otherwise this is great.

    Got this for my new computer that did not come with a disc drive. It is so light I have a hard time keeping it in place. It does a good job though.

    Bought this when the internal DVD drive in a laptop was no longer recognized. Plugged it into a USB port and it worked as expected. Much more cost effective than repairing the laptop.

    This is the only external drive I have which rips, burns and operates as well as any internal drive. It is actually an internal drive encased in a sturdy shell with it's own power supply - yes it must be plugged into the wall.

    My laptop didnt have a cd-rom drive and I needed to install a driver from CD. This did the trick and was inexpensive enough. Worked well.
