Failed to work with provided software disc. Tried online software fixes like VLC player...still failed to locate LG DVD drive with connected Laptop/PC. Can't read, write or play DVDs. As a result, returned for full refund the next day and bought Dell equivalent mini DVD slot RW Drive which works great and still use! LG was a waste of my time.
