Couldn't get enclosed Cyberlink software to install, couldn't play dvds. Maybe it would work on PC. Also couldn't eject cds. Had to use paperclip to eject. Don't waste your money.

We understand your concern about a product that doesn’t function as expected, especially when compatibility issues get in the way of what should be a simple setup. We really aim to create products that meet and even go beyond what our customers expect.
This drive is mainly designed for Windows, so it might not play nicely with macOS out of the box. If you're using a Mac, you might want to give VLC a try; it often helps with playback when the default macOS tools aren’t cooperating. If you’re having trouble installing the CyberLink software, it could be an OS compatibility thing. And about that disc ejection issue—make sure the drive is plugged directly into a main USB port instead of a hub, since sometimes those hubs don’t provide enough power.
