It came with a software disc (CyberLink Media Suite 10) that took 10 minutes to load. And after all that it would not play DVDs (the reason I bought it in the first place). The disc was just a come-on to create an account and buy more downloads. I do not need an account to play my own DVDs on my own computer! This is crazy. I ended up downloading free software from the internet to operate this drive as I intended. "Plug and play"? Hardly. This was a nightmare.
