Fast and easy to use. Just plugs in usb port. Great item. Our gaming computer did not have a cd/dvd drive so this allows us to use our photo cds etc

So glad to be able to view my DVDs and listen to my CDs again with my new laptop. Ease of use, excellent price.

Very portable but not convenient putting in and taking out dvds. Takes up desk space that an internal drive would not. Very light weight.

After my HP DVX laptop stopped reading Dvds but would still read cds and Blu ray disc's I ordered this to make up for that not wanting to pay to upgrade to windows 10 due to the age of the laptop and I was amazed at how simple and quick it was to immediately begin to use it and how it worked so well. Awesome product and awesome buy for sure. You will not be disappointed in purchasing this. The only thing I can say I wish were different was the length of the cable it comes with. Makes it very easy to fall and get unplugged from source etc. Other than that grateful for this item.

I got this drive for an older computer having problems with the internal drive. Windows recognized it and installed necessary drivers. It was immediately available for use. It works flawlessly.

My laptop didn’t come with an CD dive so I needed to get an external to install a software. This item worked perfect. Loved the fact that it’s lighweight and compact in case I need to take it with me.

Great for that lap top that didn't come with a built in reader/writer. Slim size makes it an easy fit in most lap top cases. Works well with both CDs and DVDs.

This DVD player/recorder is working fine for me. I'd buy it again.

I bought this when I bought my HP spectre. It was 39.00 with the package. It does its job good. Then it came on sale at best buy and they matched the price to 19.00. Not bad for an external CD player.

This is an excellent DVD drive. I was surprised at how quiet it was when operating and how easy it was to install. I would recommend this product to anyone who needs a good portable DVD drive.

Great product for the price. Was concerned I might have an issue with it because it was not an Apple product. The iMac recognized it immediately and I was able to work within minutes of installing.

Very thin and light. Works well with Windows 10 PC. This DVD player connects only to TVs with USB input and acts a USB drive to the TV. Only media file types supported by your TV can be played.

I bought this specifically to download CD's to my new (oct 2020) Mac Desktop computer. I am not that tech savvy, so was worried that: 1) I would have a hard time using it from beginning to end. 2) it wouldn't download CDs to my computer where I could not only listen, but upload to my phone and I would have to use a specific program or some other software to listen. 3) might screw up my new computer and I won't know how to fix it FYI, the instructions are very minimal, which didn't help my fears. Glad to tell you that none of my fears were realized, I literally plugged it in (no lights indicating it "on" until you press the button), opened the CD drawer using the button on the front it did its magic. It automatically connects to apple Music and lets me know if I already have it in my library. Popped open when the CD was done downloading. No trouble with my computer either. I purchased a cheap drive (and it is pretty cheap material wise), but the sound quality seems fine to me. I don't notice a difference between this, the radio or other CD's I downloaded when computers had CD players. Note's: I downloaded about 25 CD's and don't plan on downloading that many CD's, so not sure if it will be long lasting. Haven't tried downloading to my phone yet (but don't think the drive will have anything to do with that}. All in all very much worth the less than $30 price and happy I got it.

A descent overall drive for the value. It reads discs well, even fairly scratched ones. I got mine to rip my cds and althoguh slow at times, it still does a great job.

This product is easy to use just plug and play to your computer laptop. No have to worry about whether it’s compatible with your devices. good product For the value.

Works great. Easy to install. My new lap top did not have a CD Drive. This allowed me to install printer divers from original disks when they were not available on line.
