    I don’t know if I’m not really excited about this item because I’m still frustrated that laptops no longer come with DVD burners and I have to buy it separately or if the actual product disappointed me. I haven’t had any issues burning or backing up any data but I’ve used faster burners. It works but nothing fantastic.

    Its finicky to load discs, the Included software does not work with windows 10 at all. I had to purchase and download separate software to get it to work. It does the job but i am researching before I buy anything else.
