When working with large data sets like 500,000+ entries, slower speeds can occur depending on the file type, read/write operations, and your system’s processing power. To help optimize performance, we recommend using USB 3.0 ports if available, as they offer faster data transfer rates compared to USB 2.0.

The keys are out of order. The power key is in an awkward location. In an attempt to press the "delete" key, I powered the unit off. The display is too small but I have a remote monitor, so that's OK.

Ended up just buying a portable DVD player that was less expensive.

While it completed this job entirely, it did it painfully slow. The specs on the box claim up to 24x read. The best I could manage was 6x. The discs I was ripping were in great shape. I don't understand why it took so long.
