And, of course that software upgrade requires a steep price per year to use it This was my mistake that I made this purchase without knowing this fact, but on general principle this is not a good customer experience thanks to Microsoft’s approach to its latest OS platform.

The Huntsville store is mentally slow.

After i had found my merchandise, i went to the cashier to pay for it. They would not take my money because i didnt have a mask. Now i could shop all over the store but couldn't make a transaction without a mask. Dumbest thing i have ever witnessed. So i walked outside, right outside the door, paid for it online and went back in to get. Still no mask.

Thought I would just plug it in and it would work but there was a bunch of stuff that had to be clicked through. The screen called for an upgrade, which I did and it still doesn't work.
