HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO USE THIS!

It keeps changing my PIN and PASSWORD and won't let me in! It keeps changing my SCREEN SAVER, and I haven't even had a chance to use this! It made me choose a recommendation when I haven't even been able to use it yet!

This particular item was disappointing and quickly returned to Best Buy. It was flimsy, felt weightless and its disk "drawer" opened less than 50%, requiring further assistance to open it fully. It felt as if it would break each time I'd close it. I returned the LG and purchased a genuine Apple drive for just $20 additional. What a difference!

HORRIBLE PURCHASE

We were pointed to this one and it's the worst purchase I ever made at Best Buy. I absolutely hate this thing. It is the biggest hassle to try and get it to do anything whatsoever. Literally hours of research, downloading software, etc.. and a good portion of the time it still does nothing. Ugliest paper weight I ever had.
