Had a hard time finding a driver for my CPU. With so many (nearly all) new computers coming out without a built-in CD player, you still probably have a lot of data and programs on the older CD's. Looking for a better answer but have been too busy.

After sitting unused for months I tried to use again. Non of my machines recognize it anymore so obviously it’s broken. I tried to contact them about warranty but they are asking for a bunch of info and proofs of purchase which is a total hassle. I have to creat an account and now I’m waiting for them to call me back with more instructions. I wish It just still worked. Getting this replaced under warranty is more trouble then it’s with and I think they do it on purpose so we give up but it’s not right. This thing is junk and they should replace it. Even if it’s really hard I think they should make good on their warranty but I just wish it wasn’t so hard. Really wish I could just exchange it at Best Buy they have all my purchase details already anyway.
