Do not waste your money, returned 3 times.

This united DOES NOT WORK 90% of the time. I have used this with over 10 different laptops so I know the problem simply cheap materials and cheap workmanship. I have returned this 3 different times. Best Buy should simply not carry this item or the Dell.

Very short lived

I spent too much money for it to only work for seven weeks. Of course it's past the time I can return to Best Buy. I'll try the manufacturer but don't know how much luck I'll have there. I probably watched 5 or 6 DVDs on it and then suddenly no vidoe, just audio. Don't buy this.
