The whole ordeal took 2 hours for me to find out that my brand new all-in-one compiuter was not compatible with this product. Next time I will make sure that my computer has a built in disc player. I had to return this to Best Buy for a refund.

Disappointed By LG fro first time

Would not connect to my MacBook no matter what I tried. Decided on paying the extra for apple cd drive. Sorry LG but this was not up to your brand. ... Also the instruction book was bent and dog eared.. so my guess it was a past return... come on BB your better then that.

Poor misleading info

I plugged it into a usb outlet and it won’t recognize the DVD player. I have another laptop that has no DVD player and it works on it just find. Disappointed for I really need the DVD player to work on the laptop that the DVD player spotted working on. Don’t think I would have purchased this player had I known for hand.

I bought this so I could watch DVDs on my Computer and such but it took forever to download and now that it is on my computer it tells me its only a 30 day sample before I have to purchase another one. Don't waste money on this just buy online so its a one time purchase. I wasted my money only to have to pay again. I would love to have a refund but it wont happen.

You would be better spending a little more on a better unit. The Unit jams all the time right out of the box. Thank God there is an emergency eject button or you would be loosing CD’s. A lot. Plan to get another soon after purchasing the first one.
