Very noisy and hard to open...

Considering I rarely need to use it, I find it unacceptable that it broke within several months. My replacement has already lasted longer with no signs of wear. Look elsewhere.

I'd say "you get what you pay for", but in this case, the price was too high! Went online to Customer Support. Yeah, now I know why they're going out of business. Poor quality, POORER support. With little use, the micro-USB socket became defective - thus rendering the unit inoperative and useless. I only used this at a desk and am fully aware of the nuances of this type of port.

Chose a different disc and it would not register it at all. Worthless. I have a Mac.
