The reason for this is that the controls (should you not have the remote control readily at hand) are almost invisible and are hard to understand. In the evening when the lights are muted it is virtually impossible to find the side of the dial that is used to play a CD.

Didn’t realize Best Buy only has a 14 day return policy which is ridiculous to not give at least a month. Only got store credit instead of a refund. Definitely will check Walmart first next time

Ugh! Do not buy this!

I purchases at the advice of my store employees with them promising me it was Mac compatible. Not only is it not not compatible but it just didn’t work at all. Then I had a problem returning it because when it got to my house it had no invoice or packing slip.

LG says get a y cable to use 2 usb jacks. Don,t have enough usb on my new iMac. Don't dare try it for fear of damaging my computer vs a $30 dvd writer. Can't locate a y cable . This unit will just collect dust because I do not dare use it.

Bought to use on MacBook Pro
