Instead, plug this device into your computer, go to File Explorer create another window, then just drag and drop your stuff into the EasyStore designator. Once my super-geek brother set me straight, I was copying files within 5 minutes. (I had wasted over an hour leaping about with "Jason" in India regarding some elaborate "cloud" related software.) SHEESH !!!!!! OTHERWISE - TERRIFIC DEVICE !

It does seem a bit slower than my previous built in writer on my old laptop. Overall it was a great deal.
