GOOD Bang for the buck

The price was discounted as an enticement with the laptop purchase so it made sense go with it. It is a good bang for the buck and comes with 'free' software that will be used if I need to burn DVDs as well as other functionality that I have not explored yet. I am happy with this purchase.

Was afraid of it not being seen by win10. Just plug it in and load DVD and need for driver download/update. It is worth the price.

Excellent product to make copies of CD & DVD

I came home and try to use it, but as I am not a computer expert I called, store & they give me appointment at-once. I reach the store in less then 10 minutes, and Geek Squad agents were ready to help me. They answered all my question, and showed me how to make copy/copies from CD. Next day one of my neighbor showed me, little more easy away from MAC to make copy using the external drive. Excellent Product.
