He was very helpful in helping with the laptop purchase and explained to us the features of the laptop and what we needed to download CDs. Answered all our question and he was a GREAT help.

I was going to replace this iwth a BluRay version and walked into the store, saw this instead at half the price and bought it instead. I took it home and ripped 20 CD's to iTunes. Very happy with this. It will likely last at least 5 years or more. It will also be heavily used.

I had bought a tax program and realized there was no way to install it with out s disc drive. I ran into Best Buy. The sales person suggested this model. It was easy to install and use .
