worst set up ever

No matter how you adjust it you cannot hear the subwoofer no matter how you connected. It says it’s on but you get nothing out of it. You lose connectivity to the Bluetooth speakers in the back of the room you gotta go in and constantly reconnect them worst sound bar ever I got an old Sony sound bar and subwoofer on the back porch sounds way better I can hear knocking on the door for my subwoofer on the LG. I hear absolutely nothing very unhappy with this purchase  the only remedy I have is boxed up and send it back to LG. Best Buy wouldn’t do anything and I bought the extended warranty.

Very dissatisfied in the quality

Had difficulty getting the back speakers to work and after numerous phone calls to LG (they were of no help) our cable company came out and we discovered if we stream what we are watching, then the back speakers will come on, even then, the sound is very tinny. Not a great quality for the price. I’d look at Sonos next time.

Just okay

WOW and orchestra are just marketing gimmicks. There are better systems out there for similar prices.

Problematic

The first time, the sound bar was physically damaged and I exchanged it. The second time, the subwoofer was not working. I call LG technical support and tried a number of different things but LG confirmed that the unit has to be exchanged. I didn't want to go through this and third time, so I returned the product and will purchase a different brand.

Worst. Soundbar. Ever.

Missing parts.
