Very dissatisfied in the quality

Had difficulty getting the back speakers to work and after numerous phone calls to LG (they were of no help) our cable company came out and we discovered if we stream what we are watching, then the back speakers will come on, even then, the sound is very tinny. Not a great quality for the price. I’d look at Sonos next time.

Sometimes, the audio settings may need to be adjusted to allow proper communication between the TV and soundbar. Additionally, try using HDMI ARC or optical cables for the most reliable connection between your devices.
If you’re still experiencing the "tinny" sound, adjusting the sound modes (like switching to “Cinema” or “Music” mode) could help improve the overall audio quality.

Worst. Soundbar. Ever.
