    The sound bar itself is really nice but it was delivered without any of the wires or the remote included. Had to buy 3rd party wires and luckily I have an LG tv as well or else I’d have had to buy the remote separately as well.

    Though this seemed to be the 2019 soundbar, I am very impressed and got a great deal on it. The sub is strong and free of distortion. I have only tried it on ARC setting which sounds great! Cannot speak towards 2020 model but very pleased with purchase and paired immediately with the wireless bookshelf surround speakers. Great buy!

    sounded awesome in the store but its not the best when you get it home, especially with the price tag. very expensive, i thought we would be blown away. also the subwoofer that comes with it likes to cut in and out

    As many know, I'm Samsung, LG, Sony guy. For my home I try to standardize to Sony. I had a chance to pick this LG soundbar up for very good deal, and it does perform better than expected, but it has be the most frustration bar to tune. MEANING... I have tried for 2 weeks to sync the rear speakers (optional). Having been on the chat line and phone with LG support, I was very disappointed in their support (basically ship the speakers to LG for review/repair). All I wanted was a way to see the setup on the screen and maybe reset to default. LG Support was terrible. Thus the low rating
