We went back in the store they said that’s because we don’t have a Lg tv so that’s why we’re not getting the same sound as in the store. They should of told us that before we bought the speaker. Our Tv is only one year old that it is set up with. Very pricey speaker for the quality. They didn’t seem to care. They only are very nice when you are buying the products.

The bass cuts out intermittently - as other reviewers have mentioned. I've always listened to my CDs through the soundbars that I previously owned and I like good bass and lots of volume - this product has neither. It's way too expensive for the sound you get (sounds like an eighty dollar soundbar) and it's going back.

The initial impression was really good. Sound quality and ease of set were excellent. For about a 3weeks it was a great soundbar and I what I thought was a great purchase, I even paired it with the rear speaker set. At about three week that’s when the problems started. First the built in google is more of a pain than a bonus. It comes on when the system is off and you have to change inputs when to turn the tv on. Then comes the loud popping noise that you have to unplug the soundbar for 20 sec to get it to stop. This happens about once a week. Now the new problem of the sub cutting out and unlike other sound bars I have to only notification is the change in sound. After a call to support and a reset of the system nothing left to do but send it back for repair and they will have it for up to 15 working days. We will see what happens after the return but really disappointed that the quality isn’t better
