Sound bar was installed improperly by Geek squad per our cable provider. Initially sound was way out of sync with the picture. Geek squad plugged bar in with USB cables the TV. Cable provider explained how to plug bar into cable box with fiberoptic cable it comes with, not into TV with USB as Geek had done. The sound bar turns itself on at night and plays music!! and must be unplugged to prevent this. Voice clarity, the reason we purchased this bar is poor not at all comerable to the old Bose sound bar we had before. When the Covid situation allows we want to return this LG soundbar

Just OK. Wonderful sound bar at first time listening at our local Best Buy. Now after owning since February 2020 I would say otherwise. The sound cuts in and out ALL the time.

Decent sound but the subwoofer would work and then start having connection issues randomly not matter where we put it. We took it back and got a bose soundbar... sound is much better on the bose.

The sound bar is extremely difficult to operate. It has a life of its own. It turns itself on in the middle of the night and loudly reminds you that the microphone is off and then it loudly reminds you that the microphone is on. Its scares the hell out of you and every one in the house. After 6 months of use it randomly generates extremely loud background noise. I can only control it by pulling the plug and disconnecting the unit. I have been in touch with the manufacturer
who is of little help.

It's a decent soundbar but at times it would seem as if there was a misfire on a speaker. Had it changed out twice and the same thing with each bar.

I bought this 12/2020 (8 months ago) For the last 6 months i had intermittent sound cut outs while something was playing on HDMI/ARC. Now since yesterday, there's no sound at all whether i cast to WiFi (built-in chromecast) or use TV out via HDMI/ARC. Troubleshooting steps online doesn't go beyond check your cable check TV settings.

It simply sits in front of the picture. Thats is why its impossible to find a picture of this sound bar in front of an lg tv. Sound bar blocks tv. You cant. Tv is barely 1 inch high stand.

I ordered this sound bar and received it damaged with no remote conrtrol or power cords. I’m sure it sounds fine but I wouldn’t know due to not being able to use it! Highly frustrating and unacceptable!
