I had it for about a week and I really liked it, but the subwoofer kept disconnecting. The bass wasn’t all that great it was decent though. But after I heard the jbl I had to go with the jbl. Also the voice command and everything worked really good. It was kind of pricey though. For the money I spent on it I expected better which is why I returned it

Bought this to replace a different system for our family room OLED TV. Very glad we did, as it really changed the dynamic of the sound.

Inconsistent bass, no eARC, limited smart speaker.

Soundbar looks and feels super premium and has great voice clarity and fullness of sound, but the bass is inconsistent. When it hits, it hits HARD. But other times it's practically non-existent.
Atmos doesn't do much other than raise the sound slightly. Many soundbars do a MUCH better job creating true overhead effects.
Also very annoying that "Hey, Google" for Google Assistant does not work while the soundbar is in HDMI mode, even if there is nothing playing. Severely limits its capabilities as a smart speaker.
LG's app looks outdated and is not intuitive at all. I have no idea why they didn't integrate the functionality into their ThinQ app, which they use for everything except their soundbars.
I also take issue with LG refusing to update this soundbar to eARC. As the brand who pushed HDMI 2.1 the hardest in 2019, it says a lot that they would refuse to follow Samsung's lead and add one of HDMI 2.1's biggest features to their 2019 soundbars.

Good sound especially when watching a Dolby ATMOS enabled film. There connection between the sound bar and the TV over HDMI ARC is a little buggy at times.

This sound bar works well with our LG tv—easy to connect and control. Sound is more than adequate, especially with Dolby input. It is longer and taller than expected. Placed in front of the LG tv on furniture, it’s height interferes with using the remote to power tv on and off. But that wouldn’t be a problem with a wall-mounted tv, obviously.

Very good sound quality and the build of the Soundbar is very sturdy doesn’t feel brittle or fragile, only turn off from this sound bar is that the subwoofer cuts out here and there making the sound during movies, games, etc sound irritating tried every setting but nothing helps with it

Did not expect the sound bar to have the clarity since we have it installed in a great room with 1 1 foot ceilings. I was wrong. Sounds great.

We purchased this sound bar not knowing how well it would work for us since we live in a house with a high two story den. We plugged it in and started set up which was very easy. We were pleasantly surprised at how good the sound quality was given our high ceilings. Ended up paring them with two rear speakers that also sound great. The only thing that might be worth mentioning is there is a slight lag in the sound. Barely noticable unless you're concentrating on that alone. Doesn't bother me too much. Definitely worth a look.
