Dont buy frig and dont shop best buy

A common reason refrigerator doors may not close easily is if the unit is not perfectly level.
Basic Troubleshooting Step:
To check the leveling, open both refrigerator doors about halfway and release them. The doors should close on their own.
If the doors do not close, we recommend adjusting the leveling feet at the bottom front of the unit, turning them up or down as needed to ensure the refrigerator is slightly tilted back.

Serious problems with delivery of a fridge

The first appliance arrived badly damaged so delivery of another one was scheduled a week later. The delivery men said it was against company policy to shut off the water to the existing fridge and said we’d have to have the apartment maintenance men do that. We were not advised of this in advance. So we now have a new refrigerator sitting in our living room and our old one still in the kitchen. We were told they’ll come out next week and meet the building maintenance man to get this all squared away. So far…no communication from Best Buy. Needless to say, I’m skeptical

Refrigerator good, Best Buy service horrible!

Tried 2x to have refrigerator delivered and installed. Both times BestBuy didn’t have enough staff to make the delivery. Delivery driver admitted they were understaffed and couldn’t make the deliver (up 2 flights of stairs). Ultimately, I had the refrigerator sent to a local moving company who completed the delivery/installation. Overall a terrible experience.

Attractive fridge with all basics & perfect fit

Very happy for counter depth & a door that does not protrude into the dining room! I think the ice drawer is awkward to access. I'm not sure what frozen items should go where. They all seem to fit, albeit disorganized. I wish there was a door bin that would close for the cheese and butter. I'll continue to experiment. I came home from a trip to find my old fridge dead, so I didn't have the option of shopping for this replacement. Miss having water and ice through the door. But certainly not a deal breaker!

It was the best option for my limited space. It has plenty of space to fit my groceries and to keep these well organized. The ice maker works very well. This is a replacement to my 20+ year old fridge and I am looking forward to many years to my new fridge.

Very disappointing, and the last time I buy an appliance from you .
