I would like the lower freezer drawer to pull out all the way instead of half way and it sometimes makes a funny noise.

It was exactly what we wanted. Unfortunately, the next day we received a notice from Best Buy that it was no longer in stock and, apparently, there was no information as to when a new supply would be available. The order was cancelled. We ended up buying it from Lowes.

The technician said LGs aren't worth putting that kind of money into. Our old Whirlpool that we bought 14 years ago is in our garage and still works (except the ice maker).

The glass shelves are so thin that I'm scared to put a big pot on it. When you close the door the whole fridge is moving, it feels like is made out of plastic. I already had a problem with the plastic finish on one of the shelves. I would not recommended it.

E/FF error code popped up after having it for 24hr

It was on for no less than 24 hours before error code E / FF popped up. Did what Geek Squad recommend, unplugged it for five mins and left freezer bottom open five mins. Restarted and showed working until an hour later and error message ever since. Geek Squad sending someone Weds, BUT WHAT ABOUT ALL THE FOOD WASTE & MONEY LOSS. I'm just sad and upset - previous fridge was 15 yrs, was leaking and I had to find a new one. Got a lemon.

The freezer drawers also slope in the back, so they have even less space than they seem to at first glance.
