Works great. Produces regular cubed ice cubes and offers option to produced crushed ice from the front dispenser. Additionally, there is a craft ice option to produce 2 inch sized ice 'balls'. that are suitable for cocktails. Plenty of space in the freezer and refrigerator. The refrigerator doors are independent which is nice. Many French doors refrigerators open both doors when one is opened. The doors on this model are independent. There is also a nice feature of sounding an alarm if the door are not shut. Professionally installed with no issues. The installers were very accommodating and answered any questions. Sales rep at Best Buy was informative and provided comparisons between all manufacturer's products.

I needed a refrigerator that can open flat to the wall next to it, so this is the one that fit the bill. It looks great and works beautifully at the one month mark. Some reviewers hate hearing the ice cube maker, but it can be turned off. The cubes are actually balls. I like the design with a few item exceptions- the left side door is taken up by the icemaker in the door, so it leaves a couple 1" shelves for storage (fits my sticks of butter standing.) I'm still working out where I can stand a bottle of wine on the shelves if I need to ...

Great refrigerator with unique features. Zero clearance is really nice for those who need it. With such feature you sacrifice open door space which makes maneuvering large items with one door open difficult, You will need to open both doors to get many things in and out. Minor gripe on the door handles feel a bit cheap. Other than that the the unit is very sleek, fits many items and the gourmet ice is a plus! Connecting to wifi and using the app enables some features that are not accessible without it. You can change the tones and sounds, enable night view which dims the lights within a schedule time.

Was able to order the Zero clearance refrigerator and I have only the 1 complaint . The waterfilter trap door its a little uncomfortable to pull downwards to open. Not as easy to open as prior LG refrigerators. But great space and having craft ice is pretty neat. Overall its has all the specs to fit in a tight kitchen setup.

Excellent refrigerator. Bottom freezer is nicer and feels larger than most competitors. The ice maker is a cool features and works well. The zero clearance doors are perfect if you have a tight or restrictive space. However, even if you do not, it honestly feels like this fridge just takes up less space. Great for apartments or condos. No buyers regret.

Nice fridge. Fits the small space we had very well. It's go a seamless look, doesn't stick out. Was maybe the only option that even would fit our space properly. The only downside is because there's the ice dispenser (though still worth it), you lose storage on that door completely. There's a small ledge but its so narrow that it doesn't hold much. Recommend trying to see it in person before buying so you know what I mean there. But still, probably worth it so you don't have to bend down and get ice out of the drawer.

Nice looking fridge that does not stick out too far past the kitchen counter top. My kitchen is small so needed a fridge that didn't look too big for the kitchen, I like the interior departments design. Freezer on the bottom is great. Bought a few months ago. So far so good.

The fridge fit nicely. I did not see any apparent issues with it. The delivery team did and good job and they were in and out. It is not flush with the cabinets but does look better than conventional fridges. Will update if anything goes wrong with it.

We’ve been very satisfied with this purchase. The space is great, and the design is very sleek. A reflect counter depth fridge, and the zero clearance doors are now a must have for us.

The main features of this refrigerator are very nice. It's quiet, it keeps things frozen and cold and doesn't get those backward. Lighting inside is excellent. Doors don't open wide, but this is one of those "you can insert it completely" fridges, and it hasn't caused problems. Overall very good. I take away one star because the people who wrap this thing in 10,000 pieces of transparent need to reconsider this. It took an hour to unwrap it, and i still missed a piece of transparent plastic over the button that changes from water to ice to crushed ice. Even once we got that off, the button is kind of poorly designed. There are three icons, but the button is only on the one in the middle, so you press the button and it advances in series. Not huge, but a little strange. Overall, very happy, but a couple things could make it better.

This is a very roomy fridge. I was surprised because I’ve heard negative things about counter-depth refrigerators. I love the craft ice! I also love the slimmer door profile.

This fridge is great so far. Love that it makes 2 kinds of ice, the water dispenser fits a pitcher and doesn't require the force of a thousand suns to keep it activated, and the ice maker actually makes ice which is a sad qualifier but considering the fridge I had before it bears mentioning. The only negatives: adjusting the shelves is a **** nightmare. You have to remove the left AND right shelves (sometimes multiples of them) to move them around. And all the while, the fridge beeps at you. There is NO WAY to turn off the door alarm. Might as well unplug the thing if you plan on having it open for a while because otherwise you will have a LOUD alarm right in your ear while you're trying to do things. If they'd make the shelves more adjustable and give an option to turn off the alarm, it'd be the perfect fridge thus far.
