Works great for what we need. The door system is reliable and works well and puts up with heavy daily use. Sure you’re cleaning the glass a bit more often than stainless steel but as quick wipe with the microfibre cloth does the trick. Visibility inside with the shelves is great, so reduced waste there! Got this one on sale too so was certainly worth it. The craft ice is actually handy if you’re into that kind of thing!

Overall I love this fridge. However, lost a star because it's a fingerprint magnet, the doors take some getting used to, and sometimes the doors will slam shut and there are no handles to hold on to, just some finger holds at the bottom of the doors. Also, the chime alert to close the fridge door kicks in too soon in my opinion. Who doesn't like to open the refrigerator and stare inside for a couple of minutes? Not sure if there's a timer adjustment for it but it would be great if it gave me more time to do inventory.

I wanted a new refrigerator that had the filtered water on the outside since the one that came with the house had that on the inside which I found very annoying. Plus you can get ice from it as well and works great. Having the door-in-door is really cool since I can pull out the half and half every morning for my coffee really easily without opening the regular doors. It is fairly quiet and really enjoyint it. And the cool looking craft ice is a bonus, too.

I’ve had it about a month and I’m happy so far. It’s quiet and nice looking keeps my food cold. The mirror finish on the door is a bit startling when you walk in and see another person in the kitchen. It’s just you. Love the small door on the front so you don’t have to open up the refrigerator every time you wanna get something that’s used often.

Lot's of compliments so far on this refrigerator. Ice maker works great (there are only 2 of us so the mini-cube production is almost too much, haven't checked yet to see if it can be limited). Craft cube production is just enough, it is set at 6 cubes every 24 hours. Door water/cubes/crushed works fine. The mirrored door feature is nice, our kitchen is a little dark and it reflects some extra ambient light into the are from two sliding doors. App is easy to use. Nice interior size for counter depth. One thing to be aware of, the top two doors are heavy once the interior shelves are loaded, so not exactly a "soft close".

Love this refrigerator so far. The main door ice has gotten stuck once. The dogs love the mini ice and the craft ice is a favorite. Opening the right door half way is also a plus as you don’t need rip open the whole door. The door with the ice maker is heavy so it does slam closed even with soft close doors. Seems to have plenty of room for all our food. I appreciate I can control and see status of this frig on the LG APP

I bought this fridge back in Aug 2024, mostly for the craft ice makers. it is VERY expensive and I was told LG had one of the best brands for longevity. after about 6 or 7 months of ownership, all three different ice types (craft, mini, and in door) started having a really bad taste and leaving particles in my water. I have Total Tech, so I called bestbuy (who did the install), they then made me call LG myself since it was still under a year, and LG blamed bestbuy saying they put in the wrong waterline. Best buy refused to acknowledge that and said install repair only has a warranty of 90 days so they made me pay AGAIN to install a new water line. The guy that puts in the new water line says this wont fix anything, i need a tech agent. he calls to advise that and whoever works at best buy didnt believe him and was rude to both him and myself and hung up. fine, let this line go in and call back myself. done. fast forward a week, still the same issue. I call, my one year with LG is up, and then best buy says they will send out a tech guy, they charge me like $100 to send out the guy despite all the warranties. very nice tech guy, he has no idea what is causing the issue so he orders all new ice maker parts and a new filter (I had changed that), and replaced it. Great. the bad taste is gone, but now the sphere ice maker is sending out deformed/half spheres and broken pieces out only. I call best buy again so they can check it out. after being shuffled around, the lady asked me if I unplugged the fridge since geek squad came out. to avoid over the phone trouble shooting, I lie and say yes, and it didnt help. she then comes back and says since I unplugged the fridge I voided the all warranties and they can charge me another $100. They made me do all this trouble shooting on my first call and I was trying to avoid because I was calling during my lunch break. All this to say, big fridge, holds a lot, it smudges like CRAZY, and the ice maker is CRAP, and Best Buy is now the WORST phone customer service I have experienced. Planning on canceling total tech as soon as possible. Such BS. TLDR: Fridge is fine, ice makers will break or be defective, expect 0 to no help from LG and Best Buy.

This is an amazing refrigerator! I love that it makes 4 different kinds of ice, including the craft ice balls for cocktails. The knock knock peek-a-boo door is great too. My only bummer with it is, the first few rounds of water seemed to taste of plastic and musty. The forums said that is because I didn't run enough water through the filter. So I did that, which made my water taste perfect, but my ice still seems to have that musty plastic taste. Not sure why.

So far the fridge works great! It’s very roomy, and we love the craft ice function. However, not having door handles means that there are always finger prints.

Great fridge! It’s only been a few days so I can’t speak in terms of the long-term aspect of this unit but so far so good. It looks great and is very functional.

I swear you could never go wrong with lg products. This fridge rocks at half the price of the inflated monogram and other luxury lines

Very user friendly. All ice makers producing as promised. Delivery was well done. Checking on one small issue regarding the left refrigerator door - need to hold the door while closing so it doesn't slam shut. The right door doesn't have the same problem.

Love the space, especially for a counter depth and multiple ice options are a great feature.

this fridge has alot of great features, very easy to organize, and is very beautiful. its a bit expensive but so far its been worth the money. lots of shelves and draws for a neat experience.
