I love my new LG french door refrigerator! It has so much more shelf space than my old side by side refrigerator. Also, I like that it has two places to get ice cubes. In the door and in the freezer.

Good value for the money. Good storage capacity.

Had to return due to the dimensions were explained to us wrong.

Not a fan of the water dispenser, dislike having to tap the button to cycle through water, regular ice, crushed ice, back to water. Also, the fridge door is thick and hits the corners of our counter if pushed back as far as out old counter depth. Otherwise the refrigerator works well.

I love the refrigerator but I don’t like the water/ice dispenser. Too confusing and lend to spills, especially when they’re a children involved.

So far, so good. I only with the handles for the drawers were at the top of the drawers.

Nice frig but lived with terrible tasting water for a month due to an incomplete water filter installation. LG tried to blame it on the water line and suggested I pay to have a new line installed. After talking to a plumber, I cancelled the install. It didn't make sense that after a month, filtered water was tasting and smelling worse than from faucet. What's a filter for? I never had a problem with the prior frig. After sifting through reviews, I learned this was a common problem, and the only suggestion was to replace the line or filter. Then I discovered a Reddit chat that said it was caused by the filter not being tightened. So, with another quarter turn of the filter, my problem was solved. When I think how much water I wasted everyday trying to get a barely drinkable glass of water and how it could have cost me $300 on installation and filter costs, I was furious. I tried to call the manager at Best Buy to share this info with their installers but was told the store doesn't take calls. The call center rep promised to have someone return my call. Noone did. I then called LG and spoke with the technical department. Rather than listen, the rep tried to walk me thru the standard troubleshooting before I stopped him and explained I had solved my problem and wanted to share this information to benefit others. Again the rep promised to have someone call. Again, crickets. Hope someone finds this useful because the refrigerator is otherwise great.

I am a LG fan. The last one i had lasted 11 years. I know this was the best buy for my money.

I am happy to have purchased my appliances from Best Buy. The people that assisted me were knowledgeable, and very courteous. I will recommend Best Buy to family and friends.

Best Buy did a good job installing my new fridge. They were very helpful. They took my old fridge away and adjusted the doors on my new fridge.

I've only had this product less than 2 weeks but so far it seems good. It is a good size for a counter depth and the appearance is good. We exchanged a GE for this model and it's the first LG purchase we've made so I'll update later.

Delivery was on time and seamless. Delivery personnel were friendly and knowledgeable. They got right to work and got the job done quickly and efficiently.

Three dents on fridge. Promised Best Buy credit haven’t received. Guys who delivered were excellent, knowledgeable and prompt. Very kind and considerate. They took pictures of damage and reported it.

Top notch product, easy to learn about and offers twice as much interior room as my old side by side unit in the same space.
