We purchased the LG Counter-Depth MAX 25.5 Cu. Ft. French Door Smart Refrigerator to replace our unreliable fridge. It’s only been a few weeks but I love this fridge so much! We renovated our kitchen 9/2021 and bought all WP stainless steel appliances. Unfortunately, the ice maker and water went out in the fridge. I could not fathom having mismatched appliances so I was looking to buy the same brand again. However, I couldn’t stomach wasting money on another appliance that would give out after a few years. I procrastinated on buying a new fridge because I just couldn’t get another brand and it not match my other appliances. I eventually went into a Best Buy store to compare the stainless steel look between the WP and the LG. As picky as I am, I determined it would be acceptable to buy an LG to go with my other WP appliances. I ordered this fridge and set the delivery date out a week. I knew I’d need to go back in store to reassure myself the stainless steel finish would match good enough *facepalm*. And I did. I went back in store to double check and again, I convinced myself it would be ok. Delivery day came and the guys were great! Very careful not to scratch or dent anything. Once we got the fridge hooked up I just stood back and looked at it with heart eyes! I wish I would have bought this fridge in the first place! I absolutely love the look of the fridge. I feel it elevates the look of my kitchen. The stainless steel matches perfectly with my other WP appliances that are within very close proximity. The dual ice maker is life changing! The water stream is so strong! The inside…. The inside!!! The space this thing has!!! Even the dinging noise the fridge makes is so cute. All in all, im actually happy my WP fridge failed. I love this fridge!

The first unit I received. was defective, as the doors would not properly align. Used the provided wrench to adjust as much as the unit allows, and they still would not align properly. I see only one other review with the exact same problem, but Best Buy took care of it quickly without question and the replacement is perfect! The refrigerator this replaced was not counter depth and I wanted a counter depth model so it would not stick out quite as far. Well, this one is not as deep as my old refrigerator when measured, but it still sticks out a bit more than I expected. Part of it this unit just "appears" like it sticks out more since it is taller, wider, and the visual perception of the doors from the side. As others have noted the doors are quite thick, due to the in door ice maker. Overall I am very pleased, but will ding a star due to the first one being defective (I believe it was a manufacturer defect) and a couple of other things I have noted below. For the money, these couple minor things should have been thought of by LG. I still recommend the product. Pros: -Quieter -Very Spacious -Dual Ice Cons: -1st unit was defective (Pictured) -Make sure you measure and have enough clearance for your doors to open since they are so thick. You may have an issue if you are placing this into a wall or cut out. The right door on mine opens only 98% of the way before it hits the counter (Pictured). -Door ice cubes tend to get frozen together/jammed(as others noted), disappointing. -Door Dispenser LED, could be brighter or adjustable and have a night light option (The 13-year-old this was replacing had those options, despite being "Dumb"). There is no option to control this light despite being "Smart". The ThinQ app does give some control over the brightness of the interior LED lighting, so why not the dispenser light? -The shelves should be more adjustable as others have noted. The way the slots are, the only real meaningful adjustment that can be made is to remove an entire shelf.

We recently upgraded to this LG Counter-Depth MAX French Door fridge and absolutely love it. It fits beautifully with our cabinets, giving a sleek built-in look without sacrificing storage space. Perfect for entertaining or just day-to-day use. The fridge is very quiet and cools evenly, and the PrintProof stainless steel finish is easy to keep clean. We also really enjoy the smart features. Being able to check settings or get alerts from the ThinQ app is super convenient. Pros: Sleek counter-depth design Tons of storage and flexible shelving Dual ice makers = no running out Quiet and energy-efficient Fingerprint-resistant finish Great smart features Cons: Freezer space is a bit tight due to the extra ice bin Door bins could be a bit sturdier Overall, we’re extremely happy with this purchase and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, stylish, and well-performing fridge.

So far so good, Quiet, production of ice is fast enough for my use and you have the 2nd ice dispenser in the drawer if you need extra. The app connection is great too, allow you to change some settings like chime, light, energy saving, and let you see your use in genera (power/water) Great fridge, will recommend

The Fridge is very sleek and quiet. It connects seamlessly through the LG app so that I can adjust the temperature of both the freezer and fridge. Also makes ice very quick.

Purchased LG 25cuft. Refrigerator with water and dual ice maker, on door and freezer. Excellent size for space and room for 2 gallons of milk and additional door shelves. Beautiful exterior and attractive interior. Very happy with purchase. I recommend this product to anyone shopping for a new refrigerator. One more thing this refrigerator is very quiet. Choose Best buy for your appliances and electronics and security needs. Plus your smart appliances and electronics desires and needs. Westland Michigan location is excellent and has a great staff. I replaced a side by side refrigerator which seemed to run all the time (hummed constantly) and did not hold enough groceries for a 2-person household without some real jenga skills. This new fridge is amazing! It’s quiet, it’s roomy, it looks great. The only time I hear it is when it is drawing water to make ice (a few secs). The ice bin in the freezer makes ice so quickly. We use the outside dispenser for water and just grab ice from the freezer. As some have mentioned, the 3-step rotation in the door dispenser is a little annoying, but it’s easy to overlook when I love everything else about this fridge. Someone mentioned that the lighting wasn’t bright enough in the refrigerator, but that may have been an old model. The lighting in this model is excellent. I can see everything from front to back. The freezer lighting is good, too. While this model is slightly smaller than some, it holds a lot of food. My photos show everything that was packed into my old refrigerator with plenty of room in the new refrigerator. I love not having to constantly dig for items in the back. The shelves do have some limitations, but we make it work. It’s really no big deal. I have never had a counter width refrigerator before. It looks really sleek and does not stick out like my old fridge did.

I love my new refrigerator! It Is a counter depth model and it has plenty of interior space. I had a standard depth refrigerator before that’s stuck out way too far that I just lived with. This model makes my kitchen look so much more spacious. The ice machine works well and the refrigerator is very quiet.

I got this at Best Buy about a month ago and it's been perfect so far. It gets really cold, and I love the dual ice makers. The refrigerator is well designed and runs very quietly. There are two icemakers, one in the door for dispensing cubes or crushed ice to your drinking glass, and one in the lower freezer compartment that makes about 5 to 10 pounds of ice in it's tray. I would recommend this refrigerator to my friends, so you know I recommend it to you too.

LG refrigerator is very quiet and stylish. No fingerprints are shown. Most valuable thing buying form bestbuy is the top class customer service. I received dented refrigerator and best buy was quick in replacing it without any hassle

I love this refrigerator SO much. I replaced a side-by-side with this fridge and it's a game changer. Perfect size, it works great, quiet (well, the ice is loud when it drops, but who cares about that). I had a small space to work with and refrigerators are so HUGE these days. I just love this one. My old fridge was busting at the seams and this one feels almost empty it is so roomy. Easy purchase, great delivery - on time. Great Buy at Best Buy!

Bought this LG counter depth refrigerator after having a terrible experience with a Samsung unit. The interior space of the LG is astounding, both in the refrigerator section and the freezer section. Way bigger than any other counter depth units we looked at. It is very quiet and we love that it has two ice makers. Also love the non-finger print stainless steel finish. I would not hesitate to recommend this unit to anyone looking for a very nice counter depth refrigerator!

So far this is the best refrigerator I’ve had after returning multiple Samsung fridges due to lots of problems. The size of the LG fridge is very nice and also the capacity is good for a family of four. It’s very quiet, and the lighting inside is very nice. The freezer is big, and the drawers open and close smoothly. You can have dairy products on the door shelves due to the cooling system that makes everything cold. It’s fingerprints resistant and easy to clean. I love it so much, and I am enjoying it every time I open the fridge even when it’s beeping to close it as soon as I should. I like to mention that Best Buy employees were very helpful in finding the best fridge for me. Definitely recommend!!

I hardly take the time to write reviews (because I am not being paid to) but 1) given what a chore the research was, 2) how important a refrigerator is, and 3) what a great experience I had with the Geek Squad delivery and install, I figured I could give a shout out. I was seeking a mid-size, reliable, QUIET and electronically-featureless (I figure they are just gimmicks that break or don't work as expected). Having previously purchased one that was much too loud and had to return, I went back to the drawing board. This LG met all my criteria. I originally had a side-by-side and liked the layout, and so there's been some adjusting with the French door layout. PROS: Quiet, simple, solid door action. CONS: small freezer, insufficient tall item storage (having to lay many container types that previously stood), There aren't as many door shelves for sorting one's condiment jars, so organization isn't meeting my OCD standards. One drawer in the refrigerator runs the width of the space so you have to open both doors to access it. the two drawers mounted above that can be accessed by opening only one drawer. The "It depends": while initially I thought I would appreciate the extra ice-making for hot summers when I need to fill a small cooler, the dual ice-maker is probably overkill, as it takes up otherwise usable storage space in the refrigerated section. I also have a sink-mounted water filter so I hardly use the dispenser on the refrigerator. Overall, no regrets and would buy again, preferably without the dispenser apparatus (but doubt that is an available option).

We've owned this fridge for a couple months or so at this point, or close to that. I can't comment on long-term reliability yet, but I will say this much, this fridge feels pretty solid and well-built on the inside. The doors are a smidge lightweight but don't feel especially weak so that's fine, the finish is high quality too and doesn't attract smudges like our old GE did. The water/ice selector isn't quite as intuitive as you'd expect but it still works fine. Crisper drawer performance is pretty good, but where this fridge really excels is noise, especially considering the cooling capacity. It's dead silent unless the ice maker is doing its thing. I can't hear it, even sitting on the couch 10 feet away with the TV off and no one else home.

We have had this refrigerator for two weeks and it has been working good. It’s super quiet and super sleek. It has a lot of room for food, so we are pleased with that. The ice makers are great. I love having two options for ice, in the door and in the freezer. I recommend this refrigerator and especially for the price.
