    Not sure if the refrigerator set up is incorrect but we have issues with the left side door. Can't control it from slamming shut. Also, the piece that should open to protect the seal doesn't work right. Tried to get some support from Best Buy or LG and nothing so far. A little frustrating!

    So far, there has been one feature flaw to this product which is the left door bangs closed, there is no resistance. I do like the 'no fingerprint' feature.

    We had to replace a Samsung French door refrigerator because it went with the sale of our house. It was about 15 years old and we never needed a service call. So we went with another. Very happy with it and hope we have the same experience.
