Worst customer service ever!!!

They had the wrong address for delivery. Not one person could correct it. It was scheduled for September 18 which was cancelled. I spoke to someone on the 18th who said the address would be changed after 7pm. I called again on Thursday, I was rescheduled for Saturday with the wrong address. I was told it would be changed after 9pm. On Friday, still the wrong address. I was told I would have to reschedule. I reschedule for Monday. I was given a delivery window. I received a text that it was arriving in 20 minutes. No arrival. I called and they told me it wasn't scheduled or coming. So, I cancelled my order. They gave me a promotional gift card with my order which they will not refund me for. I was told that I could not speak to a manager, none would call me back either. So now this entire miserable experience has cost me $250!!! I will never spend $.01 here again!!!

The store picked it up but told me I had to go to the store to buy a replacement. A new one could not be delivered when the old one was picked up. I asked for a full refund as the fridge was not in working condition when it was returned. I received a partial credit instead of the full amount I was charged. No one has been able to tell me why as of a month later. It was not my fault it wasn't cooling as it should have. I should have the full purchase credited to my Best Buy card.

LG, this fridge needs a little tweaking
