    Showed up with the doors misaligned and the delivery person could. It figure out how to adjust them to be aligned. Had to schedule a return and replacement. Pain in the butt

    Solution to consistently bad tasting water

    Nice frig but lived with terrible tasting water for a month due to an incomplete water filter installation. LG tried to blame it on the water line and suggested I pay to have a new line installed. After talking to a plumber, I cancelled the install. It didn't make sense that after a month, filtered water was tasting and smelling worse than from faucet. What's a filter for? I never had a problem with the prior frig. After sifting through reviews, I learned this was a common problem, and the only suggestion was to replace the line or filter. Then I discovered a Reddit chat that said it was caused by the filter not being tightened. So, with another quarter turn of the filter, my problem was solved. When I think how much water I wasted everyday trying to get a barely drinkable glass of water and how it could have cost me $300 on installation and filter costs, I was furious. I tried to call the manager at Best Buy to share this info with their installers but was told the store doesn't take calls. The call center rep promised to have someone return my call. Noone did. I then called LG and spoke with the technical department. Rather than listen, the rep tried to walk me thru the standard troubleshooting before I stopped him and explained I had solved my problem and wanted to share this information to benefit others. Again the rep promised to have someone call. Again, crickets. Hope someone finds this useful because the refrigerator is otherwise great.

    Worst customer service ever!!!

    This has been the WORST customer service of my life. They had the wrong address for delivery. Not one person could correct it. It was scheduled for September 18 which was cancelled. I spoke to someone on the 18th who said the address would be changed after 7pm. I called again on Thursday, I was rescheduled for Saturday with the wrong address. I was told it would be changed after 9pm. On Friday, still the wrong address. I was told I would have to reschedule. I reschedule for Monday. I was given a delivery window. I received a text that it was arriving in 20 minutes. No arrival. I called and they told me it wasn't scheduled or coming. So, I cancelled my order. They gave me a promotional gift card with my order which they will not refund me for. I was told that I could not speak to a manager, none would call me back either. So now this entire miserable experience has cost me $250!!! I will never spend $.01 here again!!!

    Don't Buy!

    The only thing worse than how poorly this product is made is LG's Customer Service! Refrigerator and freezer both stopped working in less than 2 months. On-line tech determined freezer sensor needed replacing by using our Wi-Fi (end of June). They ship the part and send out a repair tech on 7/22. Repair tech says it's the seals and condenser and orders more parts. 7/31 - next repair tech shows up and he needs a compressor. 8/22 - He comes back and installs all parts and says it's fixed. It's 8/23 and the fridge and freezer are 79 degrees! This hasn't worked all summer and we've spent so many hours on LG chats getting the runaround. Save yourself the headache and go buy another brand! The repair techs said LG was the worst and I agree!

    This item was delivered and it did not work. The store picked it up but told me I had to go to the store to buy a replacement. A new one could not be delivered when the old one was picked up. I asked for a full refund as the fridge was not in working condition when it was returned. I received a partial credit instead of the full amount I was charged. No one has been able to tell me why as of a month later. It was not my fault it wasn't cooling as it should have. I should have the full purchase credited to my Best Buy card.

    Poor assembly

    The fridge itself performed okay but the right hand door was hung crooked and gouged the wall every time we opened it. We returned the fridge and got a replacement and the exact same thing happened. After our experience we looked at the same model in the stores and the door was not level either. Best buy was great though and replaced our fridge with another one from another manufacturer.

Did not Purchase extra warranty from best buy { i should have } if i had know this was going to happen they gave me Lg phone number now waiting on them. I would have thought best buy would be a little more responsive with this matter. Do not buy this model.

    I did not return refrigerator, on day of delivery Best Buy called and stated they did not have the refrigerator at the store to install. They had to call another store out of state to have it delivered.

    The one star rating is for the lack of organization for timely delivery per contract. The refrigerator is now being delivered a week, and $275.00 in ice) later thank contracted. I am unable to review the product as Besty Buy has let it sit in their warehouse for a week....mind you, we purchased the open box item in store and paid for it same day.

    I had attempted to purchased another fridge before for an event. I canceled it because it took a 3rd attempt to deliver. I came back and purchased this one for a first actual purchase with the promise of a 10% rewards certificate. I only received 5% and wanting to make another purchase but they have never added the other 5% as stated, Will attempt one more time to correctly adjust!

    Water filter doesn't work and makes your water taste like chemicals. Replaced water filter 3 times in the first 3 weeks of use. Apparently this is common on LG refrigerators steer clear of this item.

    The unit I bought didn't even last 36 hours before there was a problem with one of the ice makers resulting in the unit sounding like a Briggs & Stratton engine.

    Craft ice broke almost immediately and more issues

    Where to start… Purchased from the Best Buy outlet and they double sold ours after we purchased. Luckily I took enough pictures to prove this. The one they delivered was severely beat up, and finally they sent us a brand new one to resolve everything. Great right? Not for long. The craft ice maker stopped working almost immediately and I do t have time to sit on hold, trouble shoot and all that so we dealt with it. Bummer because we thought that was a really cool feature. Days after the year warranty was up, we started getting an error (FF E) and again we just dealt with it because who has time to dedicate to this while working and being a parent? What this did though was Elwin ate the use of the door water and ice, which we finally had enough. Unplug, reset, defrost were all suggested from the manufacturer and we did. Not successful and still doesn’t work. LG definitely lost a customer and I’ll be getting a different brand. As for Best Buy, you should resolve this, but they won’t because it’s out of warranty as well. Learn from me and get something else!!!
