Love it working great more room then my side by side had with the same cubic feet,

Pros 3 types of ice. The craft ice is nice, this ice lasts a long time. Set it for 3 pieces a day to get mostly clear solid balls. Great storage space and visibility. We didnt like our counterdepth side by side we had previously. Cons No handles takes a while to get used to. Main icemaker clumps up from time to time and stops making ice until the clump is removed.

Our second LG RefrigeratorOnly had for a month but seems to work well and counter depth-no handles looks great. Also like the craft ice capability and 3 ice shape options.

Love this fridge. Plenty of room and I love the craft ice!

I absolutly love the space in this fridge/freezer, the three options for ice, and the fact that i get alerts on my phone through the app if my kid leaves the doors open. However, this fridge already has two visible dents, as well as deep scratches in the flimsy stainless steel finish. In addition to that, it picks up fingerprints like crazy. I cannot for the life of me understand how a fridge this pricey could be so fragile.

6 months in and we love the fridge. The craft ice is better than I expected and not having handles on the doors looks better in our kitchen and provides a couple extra inches of room. The only minor complaint is that the freezer could use a bit better layout.

Spacious shelves, smooth operating drawers, no handles so less fingerprints. Excellent ice maker. Icemaker fills even with door open.

Great fridge and the craft ice is a neat feature. It’s great for cocktails but also good for water bottles on warm days as the larger ice lasts longer.

I can see why so many LG customers love their refrigerators. Nice temperature uniformity and accuracy right out the box. Great ice options and good quality drawers and shelves. Limited flexibility of shelf and drawer placement but it’s got a flexible enough layout. Looks massive from outside but gives a lot of room inside.

The storage shelves and bins are spacious and flexible. The freezer trays make access to frozen foods easy. The interior lighting is very good. Top and bottom grips work well for opening the doors. Note well that the "counter depth" unit has thick doors that need 2.5 or 3 inches outside the case to open to 90 degrees. (I knew that going in and made sure my cabinet design is compatible. It's also the reason I chose the model that has no handles, since one side is next to a wall.) That is enough for the drawers and shelves to be removed for cleaning. The total depth is only an 1.5 inches or so less than the old standard-depth side-by-side unit that the LG replaced.

Love it so far. Better than the Samsung unit we had. Love the craft ice feature. Wish the doors had a soft close feature.

We love our new refrigerator. The “ball ice cubes are very cool! We’ve never had a fridge with the freezer on the bottom. It takes some getting used to but definitely helps me to be organized!

Perfect appliance recommendation from in store personnel. It was just what we needed for our new home.
