This fridge didn’t just upgrade my kitchen—it made me feel like I was living in the future where ice has subclasses. Crushed, cubed, slow-melt craft, and mini-me ice pebbles? Yes, LG. Feed me artisanal frozen water like royalty. Space-wise, this beast is deceptively roomy for a counter-depth. I can fit enough groceries in here to survive an apocalypse, or at least a surprise visit from the in-laws. The layout is smart—like, actually smart—not that "we threw a shelf here, good luck" layout other brands love. The PrintProof stainless steel doesn’t smudge, so my kids can slap their goblin hands all over it and it still looks showroom fresh. And the Smart features? I don't need them, but knowing I can check my fridge’s status from the toilet gives me power. Also, bonus points for the lighting inside. It’s not just bright—it’s dramatic. Like my bacon deserves to be on display with Broadway-style flair. Only con? It’s got a low-key hum when it's kicking into high gear. Nothing loud, but you might notice it if you're standing next to it like a fridge-stalker at 2AM. But honestly, if it’s busy crafting a frozen symphony of ice options, I’ll allow it.

I love this! There is so much room in both the freezer and fridge! I love that it makes 4 different ice cubes and you can turn the inside freezer ice off if you want. Has a sabbath mode so the lights turn off. The third drawer can be set for meats, deli or produce. This was an upgrade to a 12 year old fridge and I love it!

It is very spacious! We are satisfied with it. It looks elegant and stylish. It fit the actual box space in the kitchen but maintained the spaciousness of the Ref inside.

I love the LG refrigerator. In my opinion the ThinQ line is the best way to go. So reliable and sleek looking with the flush zero handle look. It took all but a day to get used it. What sealed the deal was the 3 ice options which is really cool and handy for different drinks. I thought space was gonna be an issue due to it being counter depth but it's not. LG is the only refrigerator I will go with.

Love the different options for ice - which are perfect for our large water bottles, entertaining friends and even fun for the dogs on a hot summer day! Decent amount of space, pull out drawers are perfect for our family of 4! We keep a microfiber cloth under the ice maker to have quick access to clean the finger smudges! Would buy again!

Spacious, sleek, abundant in ice, great fridge, counter depth a plus!

I love this Fridge! I went into the store looking to purchase the Samsung Bespoke. After speaking with the sales person. She asked if size capacity was important I told her yes she then suggested this beauty.. I love the ice options as well. So far so good! It fit into the space perfectly.

Installation was perfect. Unit operates quietly. 4 different types of ice is nice during this heat wave. Very roomy and well organized drawers and shelves. Having a tough time filling it up. Finger print free finish is easy to maintain, just wipe with a micro fiber cloth and it shines. Like having no handles making it easy to match to other appliances in the kitchen.

So far so good. I really love my new counter depth LG. Feels very solid. I was worried that I wouldn’t have enough space inside but no worries there! Love the extra ice features in the freezer! It fits so well in our new remodel spot that we won’t have to build out a surround wall around it. Just hope it lasts longer than my last one.

Had a Kitchenaid that wasn’t counter depth & purchased the new LG counter depth with 4 different ice choices ; the counter depth size creates a new look in our kitchen & the LG has wonderful features in side & out ! Has a light that turns on as you approach the fridge which is vey helpful at night! The French door insides are stunning & the freezer compartment accommodates all that we need ! Would recommend to anyone looking at counter depth refrigerators!

So far, this refrigerator is great. I love the ice makers and the space is pretty good. The space for tall drinks, milk, etc, is rather small and often times I have to store standing jugs on their side which can leak and make a mess. That is a minor issue though and I have not yet looked into reconfiguring it to have more space so I am not sure if that is possible. Sometimes I wish this model came with handles on the front. The front design is sleek and good looking, but reaching to the top or bottom to open it all the time can be tedious. I give it a 5 of 5 despite those small things.

I am using this LG counter-depth refrigerator since 4 months. We wanted a refrigerator which is flush to our countertop and not extending too much when closed and open. This fridge is not flush with the countertop and it cannot be due to the thickness of the door. In order to swing the door open, we had to pull the refrigerator few inches out. Now it is not flush with cabinets which defeats the purpose of true counter-depth. It is not visually looking bad and not a huge deal-breaker IMO. This counter-depth refrigerator has a major compromise that is storage capacity. The storage capacity is more than enough for our family needs. We never filled it up to its full capacity. This is not for families who like to stock up stuff for a week or large family or parties. It has some creative space usage which means door shelves are lean and item placement has to be well thought to maximize the capacity. Large bottles can fit in only one door shelf, which is another downside. Freezer capacity is mostly unused because we like to eat fresh and less frozen foods. It would be best if there is an option to convert freezer. There is a cool light effect under the door when there is a motion detected, particularly useful during night. We found it to be a light trick than a practical help. Lack of door handles can be a problem occasionally but we wanted to have minimal look and hence the compromise. Overall this refrigerator is doing a good job and serving our needs as expected. If space is your constraint then this refrigerator will be a good choice, otherwise look for regular depth refrigerator due to its capacity restrictions.

So far really great! Love the ice it makes. Space is decent. The counter depth works perfectly for my space. The inside is really clean looking. I love the lighting. I am going to need to adjust the shelving height, but for the mean time, it does have the shelf that slides in to make space for taller products! So happy LG is rated most reliable. Love it so far

Every penny is worth it. I was planning on using my old fridge in the garage and i barely keep anything in my old fridge since this one is so spacious. This meets all my needs. The storage on the door take ALOT. The specialty ice is so useful. I dont think id be able to have a fridge without specialty ice after this point. There are motion sensors on the fridge so at night you can see where youre going when you walk to your fridge. Highly satisfied!

This refrigerator offers a great selection of ice oprions. Very cleverly located water filter. Very quite ice maker. Ideal for smaller openings thanks to it handle-free double doors. Door pockets are carefully designed for optimal storage.

Great features and looks amazing. This one has 4 different types of ice and plenty of storage. Not to mention the freezer door lights up when you walk up to it at night, very cool feature.

Perfect size. It holds alot of food! There don’t seem to be any “freeze” spots the accidentally freeze your eggs etc. The drawers are nice and deep, allowing the whole head of cauliflower to fit. Husband LOVES all the choices foot ice shapes. The stainless seems to repel hand prints, staying cleaner longer. Bot of a struggle to get used to no handles.
