worst BB experience ever
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Fridge did not cool. (open box "same day return" according to the store). Since I was still in the return period the warranty was not valid. So I had to go in store. Pick out a different fridge, all my food went bad. Worst experience I have ever had with BB. Many phone calls, and multiple trips to store to get resolved. I also had damage to my wall and my step railing was left on the floor by the installation people.

LG was horrible to deal with, however Best Buy was great. They will be here May 29th to remove the lemon and deliver a new one. Thanks Best Buy for your assistance. I would stay away from LG.
